Prism: A prism is the optical components with high precision polished surfaces. At least two of the flat surfaces have an angle between them. Mainly used for break light up like dispersive or beam splitter. Or used for light reflection. Even some parts can glue together for a certain light transmission or reflective purpose. Penta prism is a five sides reflecting prisms used to deviate a beam of light by a constant 90degree, in order to define the right angle in the optical design systems. Coating selection would be AR, Reflective. PHYO still can supply the half penta prisms which to deflect light for 45degree.
